All packages are insured by us and delivered with Sign Up proof to the buyer (customer).

Delivery terms
All orders are shipped with DHL.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days.

Information about delivery times for shipping to other countries:

Europe delivery time from 10 to 14 working days.

Canada, Russia, USA and rest of the world delivery time from 12 to 16 working days.

Note on customs duties and taxes

Deliveries to non-EU countries is a subject to additional duties and fees. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Delivery to Europe:

Flat rate 14,50 – EUR per order.
Orders over 160,00 – EUR are delivered free of charge.

Delivery to the rest of the world:

Flat rate 25,50 – EUR per order.
Orders over 200,00 – EUR are delivered free of charge.
